Kim began her fitness journey at 51, following a life-altering health scare – her husband experienced a TIA (a mini-stroke) that served as a wake-up call.
This fitness triumph story is more than just building muscles; it’s about building a healthier life from the ashes of fear and uncertainty.
As a newlywed at the time of her husband’s TIA, Kim chose to turn a crisis into a beacon of hope and inspiration. Now, she’s not only maintaining her own health but also motivating others to do the same through her role as a fitness coach.
