Birdies vs Vego Review – 10 Months Later – Are The Beds Caving?

January 29, 2023 by Michelle Leave a Comment

It's time for the 11-month updated review on the Birdies and Vego Garden Beds, and this time I'm answering even more of your NEW questions.  Please forgive the sound quality – as it was a ridiculously windy day.

Thank you for supporting me and this channel. I can hardly believe it's nearly been a year since we started learning about these raised garden beds.

You can find the blog post with the head-to-head specs here

The Birdies, in the maximum configuration, has 24.78 SF of growing space

The Vego, in the maximum configuration, has 22.75 SF of growing space.

Check out this previous video for all the questions you've asked and the answers, too; you can find them all on my website here.

About Michelle in the Meadow

I am a suburban gardener located in zone 9A in Northeast Florida. I started growing in this suburban lot in 2019 and have expanded the garden yearly. In 2020 I started making Facebook Videos about the garden, and in 2022 created this YouTube channel. I enjoy making content about my garden, what I’m growing and learning, and from time to time, the general vlog, too.

About our Growing Season  & Gardens

We have 300+ days between frost dates and can pretty much garden year-round.  We are currently growing in many raised garden beds of various sizes. We grow along both sides of the house, in grow bags, in the ground, in Greenstalk vertical planters, and in pots on the patio.
